Public website and platform are separate
This public website explains Crossgates and provides links to the application. Account creation, document uploads and platform records are handled by the application, with its own data-processing arrangements.
The enquiry helper
The helper formats information you enter into an email draft in your browser. Clicking “Create email draft” does not send it to Crossgates. The information is sent through your chosen email provider only when you send the message. The helper does not save your enquiry in a website database.
Language preference
The language control can remember your selected language in browser storage so that the website can keep your preference. You can change the language using the header control or clear the preference through your browser’s site-storage settings.
External services
Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and external guidance links take you to services operated by other organisations. Their own terms and privacy information apply. Hosting providers may process technical access logs; the exact processing and retention must be confirmed by the owner.
Keep the first message brief
Do not include passwords, bank information, identity scans or confidential business documents. Agree an authorised, secure channel with the team before sending supporting records.
