Uganda's Wider Ecosystem

Crossgates is designed to complement Uganda's wider ecosystem for agricultural commercialisation, value addition, export readiness, trade facilitation, private-sector competitiveness, and market access.

It does not replace the work of ministries, associations, standards bodies, exporters, or market-support programmes. It works above and alongside them by making supplier readiness more structured, more visible, and more commercially usable.
